GuideStar offers a new Nonprofit Compensation Report

GuideStar.org, the web-based center for information about nonprofit organizations, has announced a new 2007 GuideStar Nonprofit Compensation Report, which includes information on more than 102,414 positions in 56,228 tax-exempt organizations that filed Form 990 with the IRS for the fiscal year 2005 and had incomes of at least $1 million.

The report can be used to benchmark your nonprofit’s salary and benefits packages. Information can be searched by job category, program area, gender and geography. High-level data is presented in the report’s executive summary, which highlights key compensation trends in the nonprofit sector, while detailed, comprehensive information is provided in data tables.
