PARENTS offers free women’s life skills classes

PARENTS, with the support of the Women’s Fund of Hawaii, will offer free trainings on life skills that will empower the lives of women from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays from Feb. 9 through March 29 on Oahu at the Queen Liliuokalani Children’s Center, 53-516 Kamehameha Highway, Punaluu. Topics included in the training include:

• Communicating effectively
• Finding strengths through life’s trials and tribulations
• Healthy v. unhealthy relationships
• Finding your creativity
