Kauai office space available from PATCH – PATCH is subleasing shared space with another nonprofit, Circles of Light, at the Lihu'e Plaza, Suite 203, 3016 Umi St., Lihue, Kauai. The office measures 432 sq. ft., of which PATCH uses half. The building is secured, has an elevator and parking for staff and clients. Cost is $550 per month, all inclusive. The current sublease runs through October 2009 with the right to renew.  PATCH is willing to consider offers.
