ALTRES HR will offer outsourcing solutions to Hawaii nonprofits through a partnership with the Hawai‘i Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations. Nonprofits can get information about the benefits of outsourcing human resources administration duties, such as payroll processing, employee record-keeping, benefits administration and others.
The new member benefit partnership was announced on May 16 at HANO’s annual conference by John Flanagan, HANO president and CEO. “We’re delighted to offer our members a way to provide their nonprofit employees with top-quality employee benefits and the kind of human resources expertise that Fortune 500 companies can offer at a reasonable cost,” he said.
The company will make its services available to HANO member organizations at reduced rates. “Employment administration doesn't generate income for a nonprofit or deliver value to those it serves,” said Barron Guss, ALTRES president and CEO. “By off-loading these administrative burdens, nonprofits can reduce costs, increase productivity and focus their valuable resources on fulfilling their missions.”
ALTRES is one of Hawai‘i’s largest professional employer organization and staffing agencies. Hawai‘i Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations is a statewide alliance of more than 270 charitable organizations.
