MDA invites nonprofits to participate at ALS seminar

The Muscular Dystrophy Association will present the 9th Annual ALS Seminar from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 16, at the Queen’s Conference Center, 510 S Beretania St., Honolulu.

The seminar is an opportunity for nonprofits to share information, using a free display table, about programs they provide to help families coping with ALS, which is also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

To participate, send your name, the organization name, your phone number, email address and a description of the services you offer, such as medical equipment, transportation or technology.
