U.S. Census provides online tips for using data

The U.S. Census Bureau has a new Internet page, "Using Data Effectively@Census.Gov.", which is part of its "Census Product Update," an email service you can subscribe to with alerts to new data releases.

The new resource is a good basic tool for census data users.  In addition to simple and short case studies, it gives reference and training material links. To receive the "Census Product Update" via email, click here and then click the link to “Subscribe” under the “Newsletter” heading.
