Collaborative Leaders workshop – hana hou!

The April 20-21 Facilitative Skills for Collaborative Leaders workshop sold out six weeks before the workshop, said presenter Donna R. Ching, extension specialist in agricultural leadership at the University of Hawaii’s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources.

“I continue to receive requests for this workshop,” Ching said, “so I’ve arranged to have another FSCL workshop at Campus Center on June 16-17. The registration form is posted on my website so please sign up early if you want to take this workshop.” Click here for more information and to register.

“I will close at 30 people and already have eight signed up,” she said. “If you took the Learning to Lead Collaboratively workshop before August 2008 or your facilitation skills are rusty, I would highly recommend you sign up for this workshop.  I developed brand new videos and a new manual full of all the things I think you need to know for this workshop.”

Ching and Lily Bloom Domingo will also offer an Advanced Facilitation workshop in Hilo on July 27-28.  “Many of the staff at Queen Liliuokalani Children’s Center and their community partners wanted the additional tools and techniques,” Ching said, “so we agreed to offer this workshop in Hilo for them and other Hawaii Island participants. It will be a great opportunity for those of you who don’t want to travel to Honolulu to take this workshop.  Click here for more information and to register.
