If there’s a nonprofit out there that still has assets needing safekeeping, Central Pacific Bank has one available for donation. The catch is the recipient organization must pay to have it delivered to their site, said Theresa Hookano of the bank’s property division.
“We will remove it from our building but arrangements must be made to have it taken from 222 North School St. to their site. I have a moving company that can provide a quote if needed,” she said.
The dimensions of the Mosler safe are 60 inches high by 33 inches wide and 30 inches deep. The safe has wheels that allow it to be moved from side to side.
“Our vendor, Senetics, will remove the safe from our operations center in April. If you want the safe, perhaps you can contact them to obtain a cost to move it to your home?” Hookana said. If so, contact Reid Takeshita, (808) 479-4242. Contact Hookano if there are any questions, (808) 544-3756 or theresa.hookano@centralpacificbank.com.
