HCF’s 8th PONO program begins in August; apply now

The Hawaii Community Foundation’s PONO (Promoting Outstanding Nonprofit Organizations) Leadership Program is a ten-month dynamic, peer-centered leadership development program for mid-career nonprofit executives.  Click here for more information and to download an application. The deadline to apply is April 15.

PONO's goal is to create a network of empowered, innovative, and resilient executives, capable of navigating change and moving their organizations towards social innovation with greater impact. The eighth class of PONO fellows will launch in August 2011 and end in May 2012. For a full list of past PONO fellows, click here.

As of 2009, the PONO program is offered every other year, alternating with HCF's HELP (Hawaii Emerging Leaders Program), which builds the leadership capacity of senior nonprofit staff.  For more information about HELP, click here.
