On Feb. 5 and 6, HANO and Ka ‘Umeke‘eo, in partnership with Kamehameha Schools, will bring Donna Ching of the University of Hawai‘i to the Big Island to present “Learning to Lead Collaboratively,” a two-day workshop designed to increase the potential for collaborative decision making and problem solving.

This training provides participants with powerful facilitation tools and practice using them. The workshop will focus on how to choose the process or processes that enable a successful meeting, the key roles played by a group facilitator and recorder and the steps beyond facilitation towards collaborative leadership.
