Partner sought to share HANO’s office space

The Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations seeks a compatible organization to share a section of its downtown office on the fifth floor of 33 South King St., which is on the corner of Bethel and King streets. The space includes a 120 square foot private, sunny, window-lined office and three private nooks with  76, 80 and 108 square feet respectively, all partially furnished.

Also available is access to a shared conference room and reception area,  kitchen/storage/work room, wireless network, phone line, fax and heavy duty color copier/printer all billed at cost. Total space available for sub-lease is approximately 1,000 square feet.

Either all or part of the space can be rented. The building has a bus stop, elevators and security and is close to public parking lots. Cleaning service and trash removal are included. Rent is negotiable and can be adjusted based on space needed.
