Nonprofits plan a rally at the Capitol on Jan. 26

Protecting Hawai'i's Ohana, Children, Under Served, Elderly and Disabled, a new association of health and human service nonprofit organizations, plans a rally to address budget cuts to health and human services at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan.  26, at the State Capitol Rotunda.
