Keiki Caucus seeks delegates to Youth Congress

The Hawaii State Legislature's Keiki Caucus, in association with the International Advisory Board of the World Youth Congress, invites Hawaii's youth ages 15 to 30 to apply to attend the 5th World Youth Congress, which will take place in Istanbul, Turkey from July 31 to August 13.

The deadline for applying to become a delegate is Jan. 31. Click here for more information.
