Michael Kaiser's ‘Arts in Crisis’ presentation to air on KHPR

Those who were unable to attend Michael Kaiser's insightful and inspiring presentation to Hawaii nonprofits can catch the presentation his month on Hawaii Public Radio.

The recording will air at 6 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 3 on the "Business of the Arts" program on KHPR 88.1, KKUA 90.7 and KANO 91.1. A re-broadcast will be aired at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 5, on KIPO 89.3. Following these airdates, the recording will be posted on the Hawaii Public Radio website for about five weeks.

The Hawaii Arts Alliance, in its role as the Hawaii member of the Kennedy Center Alliance for Arts Education Network, hosted Kaiser's presentation in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts, and the Oahu Kennedy Center Partner in Education, Honolulu Theatre for Youth. The Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts arranged for recording this event for public broadcast.
