PBN’s CFO of the Year nominations are now open

Pacific Business News’ CFO of the Year Awards are presented to financial professionals in Hawaii for outstanding performance in their roles as financial stewards. If you know a CFO or someone in an equivalent position who has guided their company successfully with courage, leadership and exceptional expertise, this is an opportunity to recognize, honor and celebrate his or her achievements.

Nominees must be chief financial officers or hold equivalent positions, and have held their positions for at least one year or been consultants with their companies for at least one year. Awards are presented to nominees who have delivered the most outstanding performance between June 2008 and December 2009.

To make a nomination, go to pacific.bizjournals.com/pacific/nomination/3351 and complete the form. Submit the nominee's resume or another document detailing nominee's career history and noting significant achievements. Include two letters of support of n more than two pages each and a high-resolution, professional quality digital photo of the nominee.

An independent panel of judges will select winners based on nomination information provided. An event to honor CFO of the Year finalists will be held on Thursday, March 19 at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki.
