
Attorneys General and nonprofit regulators to meet
The National Association of Attorneys General and the National Association of State Charity Officials invite nonprofit leaders to attend their annual conference of state and federal regulators, nonprofit leaders, professional advisors and academics on Monday, Oct. 4, at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Silver Spring, Maryland, a short ride on the Metro’s Red Line from downtown Washington, D. C.
This conference is designed for nonprofit leaders, professional advisors and academics who wish to stay abreast of current issues affecting the nonprofit sector in the regulation of fiduciary duties, restricted funds, charitable trusts, charitable solicitation and registration for charities and professional fundraisers.
