AlohaCare announces Community Conscience Award

AlohaCare has announced the launch of the 2011 AlohaCare Community Conscience Award. The grant is available to projects that focus on health and wellness programs, access to care and the aged, blind and disabled populations.  A total of six grants at $5,000 each will be awarded this year. 

If your organization is interested in being considered for funding or if you know of other organizations that might be interested, click here for more information and for an application to mail, email or fax to AlohaCare by 4 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 1.
