Chaminade nonprofit seminar to focus on compliance

Local experts in nonprofit accounting, law, management, marketing and taxes will guide nonprofit officers, directors, members and managers and their accountants and attorneys through the tricky and ever-changing maze of tax-exempt compliance at the Chaminade Tax Foundation’s Fourth Annual Nonprofit Organization Seminar on Friday, Sept. 14, at the Pagoda Hotel, 1525 Rycroft St, Honolulu.  

Many recent changes in federal and local laws and regulations make this a good time to get caught up on maintaining your nonprofit’s tax-exempt status. HANO members are eligible for special discounted registration fees: $85 by Aug. 31 or $95 after that date. Registration includes lunch.
