‘Work with Me’ series to debut at Nonprofit Congress

The nonprofit community is asking: How do we help long-time directors effectively transfer skills and knowledge? How do we develop a new cadre of nonprofit leaders? How do we create new ways of doing things so that we retain and sustain our talent?

The answer is: with real conversations between those of different generations discussing the real challenges we face in a fun, safe environment. Toward that end, the National Council of Nonprofit Associations presents Work With Me: Intergenerational Conversations for Nonprofit Leadership – a series of six provocative sessions dealing with intergenerational tension and transition in our organizations.
