Office space available in AUW’s Honolulu building

Nonprofits looking for office space, including those interested in sharing space with other nonprofits, might be interested in Suite 330 now available in the Castle and Cooke Community Service Center building at 200 N. Vineyard Blvd., Honolulu, which is owned by Aloha United Way.

The available space includes 1,895 square feet, which is now divided into a number of offices, a reception area and conference room. “The floor plan is ideal for several small agencies to share with the potential for a central receptionist and/or joint use conference room,” said Norm Baker, AUW vice president. “The space is available immediately, even though the flyer says January 2010,” he said.

Base rent is $1.30 per month per square foot and operating expenses are $1.01 per square foot per month. Four parking spaces are available for $75 per stall per month. A five-year lease is available.
