Palama Settlement in Honolulu has space available in their Tenant Building at 810 North Vineyard Blvd. Spaces range in size from 270 to 2,085 square feet.

The available space is in a historic, two-story, wood-frame building on the Palama Settlement campus, and is described as affordable for nonprofits or start-up businesses and ideally located, close to downtown and with easy access to and from major thoroughfares and the H-1 freeway.
