Vista and Office 1007 already available through TechSoup.org

Microsoft's new Office 2007 and Windows Vista are already available to qualifying nonprofits at nominal cost through the TechSoup.org software donation programs. In addition, TechSoup Stock still offers Office 2003 and Windows XP.

Office Professional Plus 2007, available to nonprofits from TechSoup for $20, includes new versions of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, InfoPath and Communicator, an instant-messaging and real-time communications tool that integrates with Office applications. The typical retail price of this package is $499.

Windows Vista Business, the business-oriented edition of the new operating system, is available at TechSoup for $10. A typical retail price for this item is $259.
