Human Capital Institute offers free online HR training

The Human Capital Institute is a membership organization, think tank and educational resource for professionals and executives in management, human resources, organizational development and recruiting. HCI offers free community memberships, which allow free access to Human Capital TV and webcasts on a wide variety of topics.

HCI’s mission is to discover and share new strategies that create innovation, growth and market success. Free Community Membership includes attending selected HCI Webcasts, featuring the latest strategies from the brightest minds in human capital management, HCI newsletters and alerts and HCtv, on-demand internet broadcasts.

For 2008, there are nearly 500 Community Magazine segments and 250 webcasts adding up to 750 live HCtv programming hours a year, including four hours of live programming from noon to 4 p.m. EST every business day.
