The Kalihi-Palama Heath Center on Friday, Feb. 15, opened a satellite clinic in downtown Honolulu. The KPHC Downtown Family Medical and Dental Center will offer primary health-care services to more than 4,000 patients each year at its new address, 89 South King St.
The new clinic cost $1.7 million to create and will offer medical and preventive care for adults and children, women's health care, behavioral health care, dental care and acupuncture. Interpreters are available for patients who speak Chinese, Korean and Filipino.
The new center is currently recruiting staff including receptionist, Korean-speaking community health worker and dental assistants. Click here for a list of employment opportunities at KPHC.
