Hone your grant writing skills at HANO workshop

"Proposal Writing: An Interactive Exploration of Grant-Seeking from Hawaii's Trusts and Foundations" is a full-day workshop presented by the Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations that will introduce you to basic techniques in researching grants, enhance your skills in proposal writing for foundation funding and give you hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing a proposal.

The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, at the HCAP, Third Floor Board Room, One South King Building, 33 South King St., Honolulu. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $100 for HANO members or $160 for non-members. Materials, morning refreshments and lunch are included.

Presenters are Lily Bloom Domingo and Jennifer Cornish Creed of HANO, who have conducted numerous workshops in proposal writing, board governance and outcomes design, and provided consulting services to nonprofit and government agencies in strategic planning and outcomes implementation.  Click here for more information and to register.
