Register to use SPO’s new online procurement system

State departments are now required to procure contracts from $15,000 to $49,999 using the State Procurement Office's new electronic procurement system called HePS.  Once a solicitation for goods or services is created, This system automatically sends it by email to all registered vendors. Vendors can then submit quotes electronically.
