DOH issues RFP for substance abuse prevention

The Hawaii Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division, has issued its request for proposals for Substance Abuse Prevention Services.  Approximately $2.4 million per year will be made available for substance abuse prevention services throughout the state.  The application deadline is Nov. 17.
