HCF is moving and seeks nonprofit to sublet old offices

Hawaii Community Foundation has an opportunity to move to new offices and plans to vacate its current office space in the Finance Factors Center at 1164 Bishop St. in Honolulu and seeks a tenant to take over their lease through December 2012.

The Finance Factors building is a 17-story tower in the city’s central business district within walking distance of bus lines, banks, business headquarters, law firms, restaurants, courts and government offices. It has validated underground parking and 24-hour security.

The office space includes three suites on the 16th floor, which will become available in January, or even sooner if necessary. Most of the existing furniture is also available. The spaces include:

  • Suite 1610 – 388 square feet with base rent of $1.10 per square foot plus a common area maintenance fee of $1.23 per sq. ft.
  • Suite 1612 – 1,221 s.f., base rent $1.75 per sq. ft., no CAM.
  • Suite 1615 – 1,100 s.f., base rent $1.75 per sq. ft., no CAM.
