Prepare the next generation of leaders through mentorship

Hawai‘i nonprofit leaders are invited to attend “Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders Through Mentorship,” a one-day conference on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pacific Club in downtown Honolulu, sponsored by INGAGE, Inc. Cost is $229 per participant.

The conference will introduce Hawai‘i’s next generation of leaders to four experienced business executives who have succeeded as both leaders and mentors and are committed to helping others grow and succeed through mentoring.

For executives and managers grooming employees, mentorship is a powerful leadership development tool and this conference is an opportunity for you to support the personal and professional development of Gen X and Y team members. Even if they have mentors within their organizations, outside mentors will enhance those efforts and support the organization’s goals.

For Gen X and Gen Y leaders and those who aspire to become leaders, this conference is an opportunity to learn new skills and interview possible mentors.  To help get to know these executives, participants who register by Oct. 4 may select one of the four speakers for a 45 minute, one-on-one, confidential mentoring session, at no additional charge.

INGAGE, Inc., is a Mililani training and leadership development company that provides a network of executive-level business advisors and mentors who share their wealth of knowledge to help an organization’s employees reach their career goals.  Click here for more information.
