The Nonprofit Voter Engagement Network will present two webinars in September to focus on voter registration and voter education. The webinars will review best practices for conducting voter registration and education activities at your agency or in your community and help nonprofits decide where and when to conduct these activities and where to find additional resources.
There will be opportunities for question and answers throughout the trainings. The Sept. 9 session is on both registration and voter education. The session on Sept. 23 will focus on voter education.
The Nonprofit Voter Engagement Network is offering its newest guide to nonprofits free of charge. The Voter Participation Starter Kit advises locally based nonprofits on how to integrate nonpartisan voter engagement activities into their ongoing services with clients and constituents, as well as staff, board, and volunteers.
