Everyone knows that employees make up a company, but how many companies measure and grow their human capital assets? The “Best Places to Work in Hawaii” survey focuses attention on the critical importance of human resource development. HR professionals and CEOs use the survey results to create staff alignment and improve employee engagement.
University Health Alliance and Hawaii Business magazine invite HANO Members to participate in this year’s sixth annual Best Places to Work program. Participating starts a conversation between an organization’s HR professional and other executives that drives it to higher levels of functioning.
Businesses can receive the full results of the survey, broken out by employee demographics. The results are analyzed and categorized according to eight “Core Focus Areas.” They are:

The employee surveys and names of companies that participate are confidential – only companies that make the list of Best Places to Work are made public.
