Jodi Robinson
Policy Director

Jodi Robinson is a fourth-generation Japanese American born on Kaua‘i and raised on O‘ahu. Growing up in a middle-class family with a social worker father and an occupational therapist mother, she is rooted in values of compassion, service, and community care. With over a decade of experience in legislative strategy and community engagement, Jodi has worked with several nonprofit organizations across Hawai‘i. Most recently, she served as a Policy Analyst at Blue Planet Foundation and as a Chapter Advocate for the Sierra Club of Hawai‘i, where she advanced environmental and social justice policies at the county and state levels. As the new Policy Director for HANO, Jodi is dedicated to empowering Hawai‘i’s nonprofits through effective policy advocacy and is passionate about fostering community-led movement building for systemic change.
